(Sports Network) - The Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Clippers wrap up a home- and-home set tonight, as the teams battle at US Airways Center. On Thursday, Amare Stoudemire posted game-highs with 30 points and 15 rebounds, leading the Suns to a 108-88 thrashing of the Clippers at the Staples Center. Grant Hill and Leandro Barbosa both finished with 16 points for Phoenix, which has won two of its last three games overall. Two-time MVP Steve Nash scored nine points and dished out 12 assists in the victory. Corey Maggette scored 21 points for the Clippers, who have lost five in a row overall and seven straight at home. Cuttino Mobley and rookie Al Thornton both finished with 14 points for Los Angeles. The Clippers are 5-9 on the road this season. After tonight's contest, they return home for a six-game homestand. Los Angeles will host Minnesota, New Orleans, San Antonio, Orlando, Dallas and the Suns on the upcoming stand. Phoenix is 8-3 at home this season. The Suns will visit the Sacramento Kings on Sunday at ARCO Arena. The Clippers, who have lost two of three and five of their last seven at Phoenix, are scheduled to host the Suns on January 15, 2008 at the Staples Center in the fourth and final meeting of the regular season between the squads.
